Meet Addison, the creative force behind Adi Dazzle — and Ali Pop’s resident sparkle expert.
Addison is my mini-me in just about every way, including her love for creating, decorating, and dreaming up her next big idea. While I’m busy popping balloons, she’s usually nearby asking one very important question:
“But can we bedazzle it?”
And according to Adi, the answer is almost always YES.

❋ T-shirts? Obviously.
❋ Hats? Yep.
❋ Keychains? Absolutely.❋ Makeup bags? More rhinestones.

To have her very own Etsy shop by the time she turns 12. And yes — this is 100% her. I promise I am not over here forcing my child into the work force at the age of 10. This girl genuinely loves creating things, coming up with ideas, talking about what she wants to sell, and dreaming about having a business of her own.
I also see Adi Dazzle as a really fun opportunity to teach her something that goes beyond rhinestones, the value of earning her own money, saving for the things she wants, setting goals, understanding what things cost, and learning that building something of your own takes work.
She’ll get to learn that when she makes a sale, not every dollar automatically becomes a Target run. There are supplies to buy, money to save, goals to work toward, and then a little spending money to enjoy.
More than anything, I want her to experience how good it feels to have an idea, work hard at it, and be able to say:
“I earned this.”
She’s already been very busy making everything sparkle. So far, she’s bedazzled jeans, T-shirts, hats, pencil pouches, keychains for goodie bags, and even created canvas bedazzling kits for birthday parties so other kids can get in on the fun. One of her biggest projects yet was creating custom rhinestone jeans for friends and customers heading to the Kesha concert — including a pair for Mom, of course. And because apparently bedazzled jeans weren't enough, she also made our custom gel-x press-on nail sets for the concert. Hair flip. She now creates custom nail sets too, the list of things that can be dazzled just keeps growing. At this point, her philosophy is pretty simple: if you can wear it, carry it, gift it, or craft it… she can dazzle it.
